ACSEAN Capital was founded in 2022. We are a private venture fund with a focus on ASEAN and China, dedicated to fueling high tech, deep tech, and innovation.
We operate as a sub-fund of the Asian Portfolio Specialists Funds VCC, which is managed by APS Asset Management Pte. Ltd.
APS Asset Management is licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the nation’s central bank and integrated financial regulator. APS has operated as a fund manager with a capital markets services (CMS) license since 1995.
